I germinated some Highland Thai and Kerala at the start of this October and a few Highland Thai started as usual.
But the Kerala and most of the Highland Thai took like forever to pop their little heads up. So, I hope for you that
they do pop up. Just give them more time. Better to wait longer than get frustrated and throw them away. I'm not
sure, but I figure the seeds are a few years old and that's why they are slow starters. unsure.gif I will say that the
Lebanese that I started this spring were very good though. I think that's one problem about pure breeding types.
They are all in need of new "BLOOD" so to speak. That's my way of saying that they are maybe too inbred and
need something from another genepool to make them grow faster. That's why I'm hoping to create some seeds
from my Highland thai, Kerala and a hybrid of those two.

Best wishes to you.

mmm a weeks quite a long time to have them sitting in soggy wet paper, you could try cracking them with your fingers or i've heard of people giving them a rub with sandpaper as some seeds have very hard shells, not sure if it really works or not.
