Do you know if it is a wac1/wac6 controller ?

If it is then you will be fine no buzz.

If not suck and see approach.

ok thanks SS did not know if it was a wac1/wac6 or not as it was on fleabay so did not get it .. going to go for a airforce SCS8400 me thinks..

Its quite big, is it pretty heavy? Or is it light?

The reason I ask is the ones that are transformer based are generally pretty heavy.
