I am using the canna terra and I am looking to get an ebb and flo setup, was wondering why you are only using half strength? is it too strong?

I am using the Aqua Canna group over here in Colorado. I started out with the max but my leaves started to turn yellow at the tips and when they started to get bigger the yellow progressed down the whole leaf. I boost it up after talking with the supplier he talked with Canna people they said since our water is so clean that we have to bump it up past the max. It has stopped since I did bump it up but now I am using a lot of this product. I think I might have to switch to GH products.

hi m8, so what you reckon on the canna nutes????

i've did serveral grows with optimum, and more then happy with the reults, but this grow i gived plant magic hydro a try for a change instead, there nutes seem ok, but to early to tell, coz i've only used there grow nutes so far as my plants are in veg, but one thing i found is i got to use more nutes then i did with optimum to get the desired EC levels.

just wondering how canna works out.

Been using canna aqua in hydro so far. Together with cannazym, rhizotonic and pk13/14. Been getting some big buds myself withtout the boost. I also use about 1/2 the recommended dose. I give 1/2 the tank size into the calculator provided by the canna website in order to get good base values.
I would also like to find out how the plant magic hydro nutes work out.

cheers,

i'll see how this grow does, though more then likely to try canna next.
one thing i like about plant magic hydro nutes is you dont have to add very much ph down.

yeh i find you got to add alot of PH down with optimum aswell.

plant magic do seem to be doing a good job, but just no where near as cost effective as optimum.
