Hi....i got a serious problem..i got up today and saw that my ladies had bud rot on them.i was about 5 days from harvest but i chopped them down.Anyway i got to work on them this evening and tried to cut out as much as i could...i'd say i lost about an sixth or so of them..anyway just wondering will they still be safe from more rot from coming during the drying process?there might be the odd infected seed pod or 10!!I can't hang them coz of issues!but i'm gonna dry them in boxes but i'm afraid it might come back again!so thats my situation..any input would be muchly appreciated.Cheers..

id hang them in a cupboard/room in the dark upside down from string or coathangers then have a fan gently blowing on them to keep airflow at a maixum. if you want to, turn up the heat a lil or have em in a airing cupboard to help speed up dryong a lil bit.
i do that with bud rot cases an jus usually in general have a fan on em they dry out within 5 days an are jarable in 3-4. i dont see any difference in taste or smoke than if i let em dry out within say 10 days, it jus takes longer more risks of rot settin in.
uve got more chance of rot coming back puttin em in a carboard box as it will be an enclosed moist area without much air circ which the rot will love to fester an grow in.
goodluck

As long as air and wormth can get to ya bud you should be ok. Not ova worm though.
Bud rot would only carry on if it was left to dry in a cold, high humidity place.
Just make sure to cut the rotten bits out.
Was your humidity high when you were in flower?
Might need to upgrade ya extraction fan so it can change ya air turn ova betta.
good luck bro!

I wuld try and dry the rest ASAP to stop the rot spreading - would rather have quick dried bud than no bud!
Raise the temps, and get a dehumidifier mate.
Best of luck with it - I feel for you

Don't put them in the oven.
Dry them as people have said with a light breeze in warm, dark, conditions.

That sounds good mate. Maybe a fan on v low power nearby circulating some air around. Cut out the bad bits as well if you havent already done so.
Hope it works out well for you
