hi all, i am 3-4 weeks from the chop, the buds are looking lovely, i just have a problem with all the big fan leaves, the problem is that they have all been losing their color and now today they have just got a lot lot worse, every single big fan leave on the plant is now like a white color, they have gone so pail its unbelievable :-( and now even some of them are curling and crisping up :-( noooo i cant belive this man with only a few weeeks left to go, now i dont know what to do, if anyone could help me out i would be most grateful, i cant take no pics at the mo, only way i can get a pic on here is by cutting off a leave and scanning it so if u need a pic just let me know, thanks

What have they been having mate,food wise?

i have been following ot'1 biobizz feeding schedule mate, i have just changed the feed to 2ml grow and 1ml bloom per 1l water where i have brown pistols now, also let water sit for couple days

EDIT: there is nothing more dishearting after looking after her all these months and now weeks to go to the finish line and i think she is going to die :-(

Well if you've up'd your grow that may well be the difference.Is it only the fan leaves that are yellowing? Dont know about leaving the water stand a couple of days,increases the ph so i been told.Not that should matter in compost though .
I just use half hot n half cold now straight out the tap....good luck mate...

yeah i have upped the grow but it is to ot'1 schedule so it should be ok right? yeah my water ph does increase over the days but the compost easily buffers it down. yes all the fan leaves mate, there are like totaly white today!!!! is it possible to have an albino plant? ahhhh i have to laugh or i will cry :-((( i got 9 more on the go ready for flower end of this week, and i would like to avoid this problem but just do not know how this happended and got so dam bad!!!! :-((

EDIT: if all the fan leaves are dying do u think i might as well cut my losses and chop the beatch now? about 10% brown pistols? as if all the fan leaves are dead/dying then it s not gonna grow any more right?

Ot 1's feeding schedule is just a guide thou mate..every plant is different at the end of the day.

how would i find out how much to give each plant do u know mate? or does the white fan leaves indicate to much grow or to much bloom? this is my first time so im really gutter was all going good untill now

No mate dont chop it,play it by ear and see wot happens! I had a blue cheese a few grows ago that hated nitrogen,i had 3/4 weeks left and was loosing leaves like no t'morrow...it still fattened up at the end tho.Whats the condition of the leaves around the bud? kind regards HD

I too had exactly the same problem with a blue cheese grow. I posted it here and was told i needed to give MORE grow/fish...this didnt help! Like yours hazy, they got to the finish line, just, but i still didnt think the leaves would go yellow from too much N, i thought the signs of N over-fert were dark green, clawing leaves?

Ting ting you need to get some piccies up really. Have you looked on the underside of the leaves mate? Any little critters???

Chill, as long as there's some leaf (including leaf around bud) on the plant she'll stay alive and unless rot sets in there's no reason to cut her down that early. Pics would definitely help the plant wizards on here to diagnose your problem.

Remember the OT1 guide is just a guide, I have always needed more grow.

What system are you using?

I'd try just feeding them on ph'd water for a couple of days, no nutes at all!

Just give it aother 1ml of grow and see if it helps.

My lemon skunk has only days left

at the amount of weeks yours are at i was feeding mine,

2ml grow.

3ml bloom.

3ml bio heaven all in 1ltr water.

And think they could of taken more.

sorry for long reply, had to cook some munch, righty so i wont chop it then, the little leaves coming out of the buds are quite nice and green its just 90% of the fan leaves which have turnt mostly all white ahhhh it does smell lush tho ^_^

i know mate i will def get some pics up tonight its in its dark period untill 10pm tho and i aint got no cam so i will have to chop off a fan leave and scan it, the pic quality is wicked tho, yeah i have gone over the plant with a fine tooth comb and def no critters mate

i am using a 600w cooled light, with a mix of 70% john innes 1 and 30% perlite, feeding every 3 days with 2ml grow and 1ml bloom per 1l water
