Hey guys,
I am having a problem with my cheese mother and my clones, the leaves are curling and drooping.
any ideas??
my mother is in a single auto pot system and under a 250w and ive been flushing her for 3 days due to a toxic build up.
my clones are in a aeroponic propagator under 2x 55w floros for a week with just 5.6ph water.
the res temps in both system are about 18c-23c.
the mother and the clones are in the same grow tent with stable temps,
the humidity is fine when lights on but when light are off the humidity rises alot, espesially in the propagator.
can anyone help??!!
thanks beeman

The mother appears to be "clawing" due to overfeed, ther's a bit of a fungal thing going on too.

Thanks woody.
do you think my clones are drooping due to the high humidity when the lights are off??

Nah mate they shouldnt mind high humidity at that age, do you have the cloner on constant? any nutes in the cloner? have they set roots yet and how big? I think it's more feed/water related. They look pretty good on the whole though.
Is your mother showing burnt tips right at the ends of the leaves? Do you you Plant Magic Essence? I'd get some mate and learn how to prepare it, It's a marvellous product.

yeah i have my cloner on constant filled with just 5.8ph water and they have been in there for a week and the is no roots yet.
my mother has burnt tips and alot of yellowing leaves. she has been flushing for 3 days now because i think its is a toxic build up.
but now curling leaves???

I would have removed maybe a few more leaves from the bottom of the clones as they lose a lot of their water through transpiration from their leaves and have no roots to replace it but hey, different things work for different people, find what works for you, there's no hard and fast rules.
As for the mother I dunno really, you've deffo got a fungal infection but the pics. aren't too clear overfed and they shouldn't be yellowing, beats me!, what medium are they in? Maybe somebody else could offer some opinions.

cheers woody.
she is in rockwool and hydroton. maybe the over feeding is due to the autopot system, im new to this bit of kit and not 100% sure its working properly!?
There is constanly water feeding underneath the pot?
Has anyone used these that can explain how this thing works.
thanks Beeman

I was considering an autopot as a trial run as I've heard good reports, my local growshop reckons one of those air things that goes into the pot helps a great deal though as the nutes de-oxidise and go slightly stagnant depending on how long they sit in the lines.
I'm no expert though!
