Hi there, which make of HPS bulb is the best?. Anyone have this info?.

Personally I find Sylvania Grolux to be the best all round performer.

Hi mate for HPS i use Osram/Nav T son t plus/ for now very good bulbs , and many growers on board use Sunmaster deluxe hps with good resoults i got one 400w but still didnt test here...i like Osrams more than Grolux silvania that i used few grows back/each to their own i guess

And from MH venture sunmaster 7200K is best mh bulb i used for now!

I doubt you could go wrong with an osram (That's what I use in my 1000w)

I bought some dirt cheap bulbs off ebay years ago which still work fine nand are very bright. Guys still sells them, solarbursts they're called.

I'm sticking with osram's from now on and sumaster 7200k MH when I feel rich enough for a MH upgrade.

All the makers of hps bulbs are trying to outdo each other. Great for us because the hps bulbs just keep getting better and better.

Whichever hps bulb you buy, it will be good enough to give you a great grow.

i use power plant bulbs but only cause i was getting them free and they seem good but i have got a couple grolux sylvania aswell just as spares.
