Hi all, I wanted to ask if this method has been used with cannabis growth.

During the last couple of weeks of flowering i read to increase yield drop the temp at night and to compensate raise the temp during the day (something called pos diff), apparently 1 degree difference in temperature will affect the yield considerably, however if temp is excessively high the plant waste a lot of energy transpiring and excessively moving water to keep itself cool, which produces a net loss for the yield!

Has anyone heard anyting about pos diff and does it make any difference?

never heard of it mate, I've had all sorts of different temps (with the seasons) and I pretty much always get the same yield now... I'd have thought if there were any truth in it- it would've been talked up plenty round here
