Hi The Mrs has been down kent for a couple of days visiting family, she brought me back a bag of wet dealer weed, as soon as i opened it i could smell thai. but looks like regular weed, even slightly wet and uncured or even cared for, it tastes really good! no REALLY good, spicy lips nose and head! mmm anyway again! what do you think it could be? i really want to get some seeds and give it a go.
Thanks

Thai genetics end up in a lot of strains so it would be guess work. I have a pack of thaitannic that i intend to try next year some time that are supposed to have a thai taste without the lengthy flowering time but there are more than likely many others that i dont know about. Best thai cross i ever had was a thai x s skunk that my brothers mate used to grow in the mid 90's, now that was some amazing weed.

That sounds really intresting, up until lastnight i hadnt thought about growing strains like that, so i have very little knowledge about them, i loving the old school taste, its even better this morning, i would love to try some well treated cured stuff. might look for that thai x skunk, sounds good.

Pure strain coming from the islands of Ko Chang (Thailand). It is one of the varieties with the highest content in THC of the world. It is loved by Thailand croppers who take it to Bangkok avoiding the hardest law of this country.

It is one of the varieties more productive in Thailand, maybe because of being one genetic variant produced by those expert croppers, because of it, it has a relatively short harvesting time.

Its smell and flavour will take you to Asia, and its effects will take you to the mysterious temples of Bangkok.

I know where you are comimg from with the oldschool taste, i was a big fan of proper thai weed back when it was available. Maybe you should do some detective work and try to find out what the cut you had was. Just remembered there was a strain called chocolate thai that was a bit of a legend in my early smoking days, not sure whether it was a cross or not but the taste was classic.
