just to let folk know that Greens will be stocking more parabolic shades in about 2 months time,
they'll have the 100cm model with a smaller 80cm as well, no mention of the prices yet.

I had a poor experience with that reflector - it puts down nice light but it takes SO much headroom, even in a decent size tent. If you've got plenty of headroom, great, but if not I'd consider other options like a diamond or adjustawing....

Just my 2p

My experience is opposite I think they're amazing, best buy ever and far far out rates my digital ballast upgrade.

They do take a lot of headroom but I can hang 1000w 14" from the canopy instead of 24", 600w's probably want to be no more than 9" . In a 2mtr tall tent I've still got a good foot to raise the reflector if I needed to but that's not needed this time.

Just check my diary (Link in sig) for my thoughts on them and diamonds for that matter.
