You probably want to get rid of that link mate. But to answer your question, absolutely positively definitely without a doubt not worth it. Comndplete rip off them kits.
I bought a chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and two door wardrobe from argos for £99. All you need to sort them light leaks is some draft excluder tape. Kinda this rubbery stuff, Works a treat, i got mine from Robert Dyas but you can get it in any hardware / DIY shop.
That kit looks like an old filing cabinet, and if I'm not mistaken - looks like its made of metal too - which will be FOOOKING noisy if you use a fan and ducting, and it will heat up and hold heat like a motherfucker. It looks FAR too short to get any decent grow in there, all you could possibly do in a space like that is the first few weeks of veg or 3 or 4 lowriders. So you'll be paying over £500 notes for the ability to maybe get an oz or 2 every 10 weeks.
My growdrobe cost me around £300 in total, including fan, filter and lights. Works a dream. My mate offered me a grand to make one for him - could get it done in an hour or two. And best of all I still got my chest of drawers (currently holding socks and pants but soon to be converted to my veg cabinet), and my bedside table will make a nice little storage area for grow related bits and bobs.
DIY always.

how much !!!

mine is about the same size and would cost 20 quid to knock together. you could easily do full grows and get decent amount of percy but i think a 400 in there would be pushing it a bit. that said im using about 250w and have shite pc fan extraction

If building your own box from scratch isnt an option, you should go by what these boys said.
I think Ikea might be the slightly cheaper option but obviously depends what you need.
Also its alot more fun using your DIY skills!!

NO to them shitty prebuilt things.
