How will i stick the kingspan on the walls of my growbox?

You could use "no more nails" or "Grip Fill" ..

any type of mastic will do the trick also. Kingspan is really lightweight so doesn't need anything too industrial strength

You can wedge it between battens, you can stick it with silicone or any other adhesive, or you can screw through it using washers on your screw heads..
