Ok this is what im thinking...ive got two doors and inside each of them is a space of about 1.5 ft deep, about 3 and a bit ft wide and about 8.5ft high

now I will only be using one of the spaces...

I plan on a 400watt cool tube
6" extractor fan
4" intake fan
Ecotechnics Evolution Temperature & Humidity Controller

I will be venting into the loft so it will go something like... cool tube > ducting > fan > tiny piece of ducting > carbon filter (in the attic)

I will have light maximum height at 6ft and the rest of the area above will be used to hold the ballast and fan

So growing space is actually 1.5d x 3w x 6h

Will this be ok? Temps wise etc?

best thing do bro is to bang it all in get it set up and running with all equipment turned on, then put a hygrometer in there for 48 hours just to record temps and humidity during day and temps at night then u will have a good idea at the type of enviroment u have created.caus after all said and done the right enviroment is a major part of success

to be honest mate, a 400w doesnt give of much heat, if its cooltubed all the better, but ,I'd probably go with passive intake and use the 4" to vent the entire area. I've got 2 x600w in a vert set up in a 1mx1mx2m tent with passive in take and a 5" fan and temps sit at 26.

400w lights do make a lot of heat in a space like that..... i grow in an area the same size and when my fan packed up my light cooked my plants...... the ones in the 1st bit of my diary.....

Weedmonsta he's talking about cooltubing his 400. A lamp of any size will cook your plants in a small space if the fan packs in, so , I dont really see your point mate.
