Evening all

Quick question I wanted to see if anyone could help with. Got 4 BBBC outside and they ain't finishing. They look ok but I think at least another 2-3 weeks and i think it'll be too cold for them by then. i can't cover them up either so they need to come down I think.

My question is should I chop them down soon or wait a bit. Not sure whether I will get budrot as the buds are small and scattered so no big colas or anything and they are in the sun when it is sunny so should i leave them until they are ready or chop them in the next few days before the frost and turn into hash. Looking a bit frosty and the leaves and pistils are turning blue and purple so they would do the trick me thinks

Any opinions or advice would be greatly appreciated :-)

Same for me too mate! i think just keep checking and make your mind up every time, the weathers not been too bad, might last a bit longer, ive heard, but havnt done it myself, that adding some hay around the base of your plants will help a bit with frost, might try it if it get frosty soon, if not gonna try and wait it out for another two weeks.
Goodluck.

I'd let them go until budrot kills off more bud than they are putting on in resin production. Check out the Guerilla Growing section mate everyone's in the same boat.

Looking very healthy, should be fine, but keep a good eye on them.

Hay or straw will keep frost from the roots but that's not the problem,

You need to check your plants as often as possible and chop as late as you can, it's the only way, and if you spot any rot be ruthless in cutting it back and try and keep your tools clean.
