Fungus gnats won't cause whatever that might be.

PROTIP - if you can't get a decent in-focus image of a close-up of the leaves - take the picture from further away in focus using a large resolution, and then use something like IrfanView to crop and zoom the relevant part.

Hard to tell from the pics quality but IMO it looks like LSF - time to get brewing some Essence
