Full Version: When To Turn On The Fan & Filter?

Ive germed my seeds and they have been under my lights for a couple days now and seem to be growing well but what im wondering is ive not fitted my fan and filter yet,when do you think ill need to start useing them?
Should I have had them on now or is it kool for a bit?
Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

your fan now and your filter in a few weeks if you cant be arsed smile.gif they wont be smelling of much for a while yet wink1.gif

About 3 weeks for me, only coz I didn't have the stuff! :-( Seem to be fine tho

I use them from the start mate to keep the keep the enviroment right. The fan also makes the plants stronger causing thicker stems = bigger buds smile.gif

At least the fan just now, but for all it takes to attach the filter your aswell just to do it the now to then thats it done.

dont bother putting mine on for a good 2-3 weeks. seems to make little differance at ealryer stage, and saves a few pennys on the electric.

same here, maybe not 2-3 weeks, but for the first week I would def leave it off, specially this time of year when you can get away with the temps.
