I don't really have the space for that, about as far as I can go is taking some cuttings, flowering the original mother and keeping the cuttings going like that. I wish I did have the space to grow a bunch out and find a real nice keeper, so I'll be keeping a strain going for a couple grows but then move onto something else smile.gif
toker316
gerrit must be needing some quick xmas cash doing them that price tongue.gif

the exile is a great strain and its idiot proof. well I threw two seeds in some soil, placed em in a small closet without ventilation or fans, switched on the a 250hp..and a total of 12wks later this idiot got around 2oz dry per plant.

Defo going to grab a mix pack. cheers for the heads up

peace
Gerrit
Hi All, apologies for not spotting this earlier.
I have not looked after this forum much over the past year and can’t promise much improvement on the short term either.

The mix pack you refer to is probably the “mosaic” model key-ring from Genetic Collections.
These are collector items that indeed contain genuine Magus Genetics seeds, but are by itself no product from Magus Genetics.

The seedcompany Magus Genetics does no longer exist as such since December 2008.
However, the brand and products will remain so the exact same seeds will stay available through other sources.

One of these sources is “The Magus Collection” from Genetic Collections®.
This is a collection of key-rings that contain genuine Magus Genetics seeds.
Each model has the name of the contained variety embossed on the side and comes in 2 versions.
The Monotone model which contains 5 female seeds and the Twotone model which contains 10 regular seeds.

Although the seeds that are contained in these key-rings are genuine, fresh, and perfectly viable, they are not sold for the purpose of cultivation but only to collect.
Therefore, the company responsible for these items will not give out any botanical info or answer any questions regarding cultivation.
The customers intention at the moment of purchase is expected to be “to own/collect only”, but if the customer changes his mind at a later time, there should be plenty of info available at places like this.

For those customers that have an obvious intention to cultivate right from the moment of purchase like medical growers, a solution is worked on.
I’m negotiating with another seedcompany about a license agreement that would enable them to include the exact same seeds in their line.
The intension to come to an agreement is already there on both sides, but private circumstances have prevented me from finishing the details so far.
I’m confident that we can get it done/working somewhere in 2010, but until then the key-rings from Genetic Collections® are the only option.

Back to the “mix pack” which is probably the Mosaic key ring that was advertised incorrectly or better said incomplete.
As said, the Mosaic model does contain a mix of genuine Magus Genetics seeds but its an assorted mix which means it can be anything and in any ratio, like 1-4, 2-3, 2-2-1, and can change at any time.
It will definitely never be exactly one each, I’ll expect 2-3 will be the most common ratio.
The content will never be published up-front but those who would like to know what they’ve got can get the info by e-mailing the Product Identification Number on the package to info@magusgenetics.nl or info@geneticcollections.com

I hope the above explains things a bit and the few people that have already bought the Mosaic key ring don’t feel they have fallen for a bad deal.
There is no reason to feel like that though, IMO it’s a bargain no matter what’s in there.

Kind regards,
Gerrit

That makes things a lot clearer cheers Gerrit wink.gif When i got the seeds- fem mosiac keyring mix!the guy in local shop said it would be a ratio of 3(warlock)and 2 others so it was only when i read on a site that they were 5 of each!did i question the ratio!Would of emailed u the serial number to find out for sure but the packaging the keyring comes in has been binned pinch.gif but nevermind as all the strains stack up and are up there with the best so i'm sure i'll be pleased with the end result! wink.gif And indeed only for collection purposes will only suffice!no less rofl.gif Thanks again Gerrit for the reply peace smoke.gif
