hi there, so ive suddenly been attacked by the dreded L.S.F and i see essence as beeing the only option, so im ordering the starter kit from greens a.s.a.p but it will no doubt take until mid next week to arrive, i was wondering how long will it take before i can be applying this to my plants after reciving it? Basicly ive been reading lots about it on here but it seems rather complicated to say the least, like bubling for 24 hours and all of this buisness.
I need this on my plants right now really, well 1 of them anyway. How fast does this lsf spred over plants? Beacuse its saturday its going to take even longer for my essence to arrive, could it greatly deminish yeild of the plant thats currently most infected? The neighbouring plants are begining to show early signs so how sevvre can i expect it to be in about 6 days?

Totally depends on the type of LSF how fast it spreads and also plant strain, stress etc etc theres loads of different things that can effect it.

if you order it from greens on Monday you should have it on Tuesday (call em and they will make sure you get it quick) its simple to make and use it as fast as you can when you get it ........... I use a 2 litre coke bottle for making it and as long as its at blood temperature for the brewing time you will be fine, any where from 12 to 24 hours is good enough time wise ................

As rip said, ask them and they will get it to you quick as they can. In the meantime just try to get the temps and humidity right and hygiene and airflow sorted in the growroom (one or all of them will be a compounding factor, not just the presence of spores)

Try and remove as much infected plant matter as you can without totally knacking the plants

..when your essence comes take your time and set up and brew it properly, that way it will be the most effective (too hot or too cold during brewing/activation could lessen the amount of critters you breed... could kill them altogether too )

I use a 5 litre water container with top chopped off, sat inside a black bucket that has plain water and an aquarium heater in bain marie style (keeps the temp spot on 23C for the entire process) But I've been needing 3+ litre brews to get round all my plants

Most important whittely... don't panic fella and don't waste your money with chemical sprays in the meantime. Sit tight, brew properly and I'm pretty confident you'll be happy as larry in a week's time

nice one for the re-assurance guys. My hymidity has fallen from a comfortable 50% to around 30%! i think this is because the plants arnt trespirring as much, as a result the temp has gone up to about 30c. i use 24 hour vetaltion but unfortinatly i cant extract outside would this cause problem iradicationg the spores? So i leave it brewing at 25c for 24 hours? if i can squeeze it in the tent would it be cool with temps ranging between like 20-30c ?or is 20 too low ?

ok i have my essence brewing up , thanks to 'greens' fast service!
Ive noticed its begun making an un-pleasent smell, was wondering if anyone eles noticed this?
Its been frothing for like 8 hours.
