Hi everyone,
I've 4 Lemon Skunk about 5 1/2 weeks into flowering. I think I have two different phenos. Three of them have long thin sat type leaves and the other has fatter indica type leaves.

It looks like the indica pheno is way more advanced as it resembles bud and the hair things are beginning to turn brown. Are these nearly ready? The sat ones seem quite a way behind.

Can anyone shed any light and give advice? Be well happy if I can chop the Indy one in a week or so, was expecting at least 3 more weeks.

Give them prob about another 4 weeks i'd say

from what i can see from your pics i would leave for the last 3 weeks your patience will be rewarded. if you chop now it won't be as strong and u will have less budz to harvest as most of the budz will swell in the last few weeks of flowering.

Wait for 3,4 weeks id say .Indica ph looks great .If it smells nice crop the buds and revege the plant..

The more indica looking pheno is definitely more advanced than the other one, but it's still a good few weeks away from a proper finish. Don't forget that almost all phenos pack on the bulk of their mass in the final couple of weeks of flowering.

As for knowing when they will be suitable for the chop - invest in a pocket microscope or a jeweller's loupe so you can examine the trichomes - these will tell you what the real state of the plants are in relation to finishing.

from a glance you can see most of the pistols are still white, once it stopps shoooting so many new (white) pistols its a sign things are getting there. You will need a 30 x magnifire to see the trichs clearly,, i usaly wait until i can see a few amber ones and the majority of the others are milky.

like others have said,, its well worth the wait mate or you will be doing yourself out of some bud because after the 6/7 week pewriod i always find my buds fatten up somewhat

smoking my lemon now ,i took her down at 8 and half weeks , next time il do sum at 8 weeks and sum at 9 to see if any diff in the high.well done so far
