Ditched the greenhouse (too many variables for reliability) so need some advice from those that know...

I've seen tiny grow spaces on offer but is it like buying one of those tiny fishing rods - you know, it looks really useful but in reality it is useless? I have essentially a space the volume of a dishwasher. That is all.

I assume I'll need to clone then clone again due to the tight space. What about the light, in a small space do you need such a low wattage it is barely worth it? Do you need highly efficient ventilation to avoid overheating? With a 1m height what is the best point to switch to 12hr budding?

Anyone have experience of these to recommend an equipment supplier? (2nd hand fine / all in one package would be great) - minimum hassle for a hobbyist?

IS it possible at all? It seems a bit far out.

Cheers all, H-man

Hi Jeremy, heres a ling to the micro grow sectionMicro Grow a lot of people use cfl's (energy saving bulbs) and get pretty good results, would be ideal if you only have 1m height. Also check out SCROG (screen of green) where you train the plants onto a mesh, making it possible to maximise yeild with a small number of plants. hope this helps stoned.gif

at the mo i'm using 280 watts of cfls (5x20w household and a 180 enviro copy) a ruck 125 and filter ( iknow that is overkill but i'm upgrading to a 250watt hps in a cooltube soon) biggrin.gif and its a 6 plant perpetual that ive had 3 harvests so far wink.gif rofl.gif spliff.gif v.gif
