I've got about half-a-dozen plans off the 'net on self-build hydro
that can be used in the greenhouse. I intend to grow lots of veg
for a group of disabled mates.

Growing leafy veg hydro is simple, but I just don't get how to do root veggies!

Any ideas, please?

I did do a search here but typing in "root" (root veg) gets me loads of other replies,
for obvious reasons!

I am thinking of DWC, or E&F but worried how the clay pellets would restrict the
growth of the root veg.

Many thanks.

I should have stated I'm familiar with hydro and growing plants with hydro,
but I don't get how to give the space or whatever for the root veg without drowning
it in water/nutes.

So I'm not asking for a full tutorial - just how do I make the space?

Thanks.

I found the answer to this query on another forum.

Thanks to those who looked in ;-)
