Hi about 3 days ago i tried to sign in, and it said it there was a problem i restarted like i normally do when this happens but it didnt work this time. Now i deleted it and tried to downloads again and start fresh but when i go to download it says its already installed.

I have deleted every file on my computer but still wont let me download a fresh version.
Anyone know what i can do?
