Alright mate, welcome and well done on some beautiful looking ladies mate! It really is a whole new world once you start growing your own ;-)

hopefully weather won't get too shitty before they finish up!
treeofsatta
Hey man, looking good! Even if they don't finish, seeing as they seem to be in a secure location, you could put a huge plastic sheet over them to keep the rain and mould off them till they do finish.

Can anyone please help? It was teaming it down last night around five in the morn so I brought them in and put them out again today, have been keeping an eye out for budrot and cant spot anything so far, thing is, its promised bad weather and Im scared they ll get done, am thinking of giving them the chop early as not to loose any as theyre well budded up and id prefer to have whats there than to lose any if ye know what i mean, im not an experianced grower, this is my first, and so would really appreciate yer help, thanks. Its difficult to bring them in as they re in big pots, but hell i wasnt gonna leave them outside in that last night.

BB's are a great yield, but if they get stressed, they produce very leafy buds. I've still got 1 large bb outdoors, haven't checked for 3 weeks, thats how confident I am on it's mold resistance. Last year, one of my topped bb's was root damaged from swaying too much in the winds, it was a great smoke, but had no compactness in the buds at all. Those pics are hard to tell, you'll have to use a macro picture to really tell. I use the hair trick, when half of the hairs are browning, chop 'em.

I havent chopped my Dp BB's yet, they wont be ready till next week, the biggest looks as if she has 9-12 ounces in her judging by similar sized plants I have chopped over the last few weeks, not bad for plant and leave.

Thanks ouncyboy, yeah its comin together now alright! Been quick drying for a few smokes here n there, the small buds, and it has a great head and body stone, very relaxing, lasts a good while too.Itll be different of course to have a proper smoke when theyre dried n cured, sooo lookin forward to that. Outdoor is def. the way to go. Way more and its more natural. Very compact too. And strong.

Still wonderin should I take the other two in outta the rain tonight? Theres way more on each of them than the one I brought in last night.
sannas
Well, the sun is out again today, and the plants r lovin it, after the rain last night. Ive decided to give my other 2 girls the chop this friday, yes, this friday
sannas
Well, Ive brought in the other two on wed night, all trimmed and drying now. More on the other two than the pic above. Glad I brought em in as been bad weather in last few days. Just waitin on them now. woohoo
sannas
Just weighed up the first one today andd got 3 and a half oz. dried. This plant is also the one I was picking at for a few smokes here n there for the last month, so I guess it would have had 4 on it when alls added up. Very happy with the results of this girl, just waitin on the rest to dry. Not bad considering its my first grow.
