Full Version: Spec Me A Strain..

Funny how life changes your plans ain't it. There i am, with a pitiful but nonetheless successful test run with bagseed under my belt and rebuilding the experimental cab with the idea of popping the premium beans i've got, keeping mums, and growing forever.. and suddenly..

Well it might be for the better, likely will be a better situation to grow in later, was talking to a decorator mate and he was saying that just before christmas there's no work and it's the time of year he needs it most.. which fits in with my ideas.. It's been a long term aim of mine to move somewhere semi-rural and have a small (preferably permaculture) food garden, grow, etc.. Well it's a possibility that i can now achieve that as early as next year, so i'm going to have my mate in to blitz the whole house just before xmas because the decos that are in, while in good condition, are very dated and out of fashion in these days of smooth painted walls.

now he's a mate and all but i wouldnt trust him with any sensitive information - the house needs to be totally empty when he comes in.. but i need some stash.. can't go on blowing cash at dealers if i'm moving.

so i'm looking for a pack of beans, something cheap, must be low smell because there's no room for smell mess ups on a cab that's being used for the first time, preferably not too mental with the stretch and it's going to have to be quick to flower. No autoflowers.

very minimal veg time, couple of weeks under cfls rather than going 12/12 straight from seed.. not ideal for any strain i know but it'll have to do.. Would like a nice old school buzz but anything better than dealerbud will be tops.

cheers folks

I'm with geeepwr - Northern Lights for yield, low odor and decent resistances.

I've also got two phenos of Chronic on the go and both are looking lush and not very smelly at all, but massive colas. I'm always well impressed with Serious' gear and you can't go wrong...only downside is they're 60 quid for 10.

Look for a cheapo NL I reckon
