I've had a few problem's which I've combatted but last night on checking the plants a came across some fine webbing type stuff but it was really sticky, but only on two leaves so I removed the leaf blade's or finger's to get a closer look under the mag glasses all the way up to 100x mag just really stick googey web's. automatically dreaded the borg but non in sight in the web's ne how, comes to check them again this morning and in the same place I found more webbing so removed them leaves as well for a closer look and this is what I found.

So I can see it is a pupa but a pupa of what
I've not squished it think I'll keep it to see what it change's into Iam just worried cause of the life cycle of the wee beastie was it on it's own? how long would it be pupating for before it develop's into a sexually active adult cause they lay egg's and produce larve which eat's green stuff I'am approx 4week in flower with western wind's and chiesel so about half way throu.

Cheer's in advance

It's a leaf rolling (Tortricid) moth pupae I think. Should do no harm - Organic control is acheived with Derris or bacillus thuringiensis but you won't need to bother. Have a good clean after this crop, and check your intakes are properly covered. smile.gif

Cheer's AndyPotatoes I googled the Tortricd and the larve of it look's like the caterpiller I squished a few week's back when I caught one feasting going to have to keep an eye on thing's for a while, my intake does have an airsock on it so far this grow has been eventfull Iam putting it down to badly stored (at the retail outlet) compost.
