Hi guys, one of my ladies got the chop last night.

I have myself a set of bubble bags and have noticed that most people recommend freezing the bud/trim before using the bubble bags.

Is this a requirement? Or will I be able to just use fresh plant matter to make some bubble?

You don't have to, BUT YOU SHOULD!!

You'll get better quality and quantity by freezing first. Freezing makes the cannabinoids freeze up solid so they can be removed more easily from the plant matter (i.e. gets brittle and is knocked off more easily then when 'dry' and sticky).

Subcool recommends using fresh frozen trim to get the best results, whereas others suggest dried frozen trim. Both methods produce great hash. It's all in the stirring and number of washes imho.

I used a few fresh air buds un-dried and un-frozen in my bubble bags.

Got some of the nicest hash I have ever smoked


I do have a question tho.

The 25u bag seemed to be more green and less pure than the 73u?

I would of thought the smaller the grade the finer the quality?


Im gonna put it through for another run tonight as I have left the trim to freeze overnight

I did my first bubblebag run a couple of weeks ago,the mistake i made was mixing it too vigorously and for too long so nearly every grade of hash turned out a greenish colour,The smoke was still the best hash i've had here in England.
You should only mix the mash with a wooden spoon only for around 15 minutes once then let it stand for 30 mins and then drain the bags for full melt hash,you can always run it through again with more vigour.
Stop mixing before the water turns green,if the water is green there is too much plant matter in the water,this will filter right down to the 25u bag.
I use fresh frozen trim,if you dry the leaves first then freeze them you will get a better yeild but lower quality hash.

Whats the best way to smoke this lovely stuff?

atm Im smoking it in a small metal pipe (well not atm, Im at work, I wish I was smoking it.....) and am assuming that rolling a spliff out of it would use too much and also negate the point of smoking just a fine product?

i got a bubbleator, it came with a seive that u put the hash though when its out the bags. once throught the seive your just left with crystals. I just sprinkle it in joints mate
