So whose played it yet, just spent the last hour rolling back the years shimmying down the wing with the welsh wizard.
As far as i can see only a few adjustments to Fifa 09 but who cares beats PES hands down.

Just about to have a go on the 360 version. Was a pes fan in the past but havent played any footy game for a year or two, heard this is good though, will probably get pes too when it's out.

The 360 degree movement is spot on, just dont run to close to the sidelines cus if you aint careful you will run in the stands. The passing is a fast and fluid as ive ever seen in a footie game, couldnt go back to 09 now its so different to control.

Demo was sweet, great gameplay, graphics and music good to.I managed to score a goal from 60yds out

I don't normally buy football games but definitely considering getting this because it's fun.

really smooth gameplay on the demo think its sure to be another winner from fifa!!
I tried the demo of both fifa and Pes. Fifa10 is far too similar to Fifa09 to warrant spending money on it and Pes was just terrible. I'd definitely buy it if i didn't have 09.

Sad to hear that PES has gone bad, haven't played footy games for a while but it used to be the case that PES was unquestionably the daddy, while the Fifa franchise had fuck all going for it other than licensing, and who cares if all the players have the correct names if the game is fucking dreadful. And boy, did Fifa used to be dreadful

and as for the same as fifa 09 seriously what demo did you play mate, the 360 dribbling alone makes it stand out from 09.

I'm still grieving over the state of PRO for the last 3 years, online it mings. Tried to get inot FIFA last year but couldn't muster the effort. Might give this one a go as I'm bored of ODST already.

I nipped out to Asda at about 2 o'clock Friday morning and bought ift for £26.71 and me and my lad had a 2hr session before he went to school, our opinion is it is better than Fifa 09 and definately worth the money

Must be me missing something then

edit-Oh i know one reason that would make me buy it! Have they got rid off all the bugs? Fifa09 seems riddled with em

I just can't bring myself to buy an EA sports title, the amoount of glitches in older maddens and tiger woods that have completly cut short the game play means I just can't do to some up....
Go fuck yourself EA, we don't need a new sports title every goddam year, just realise a patch that updates the players and teams, and piss off! Trying to say each generation is "full of new features" all I notice is the pick a choose features (and this is true of all every year titles I've played) to change and kick out of the old one and add a couple new things without every asking anybody that plays the thing what the think...
Few sorry about that boys never intended on it being a rant, but you know how these things sometimes snowball on you

I've just worked it out, and the 2005 is the last time I played either FIFA or PES (Fifa 2005 & PES 5). I can't believe it's been that long since I played a footy game
Until playing Fifa09 (i had it for months in it's packaging) i hadn't played one since the Amiga days. I know so many people who don't even like football (including me) who can't get enough of fifa, i swear i'm addicted!

I hired it the day it came out, it's better than 09 but I wont be buying it, I was bored of it by the time I had to take it back.

I ont really play footy games much but I know of the debate between PES n FIFA. Half my mates are FIFA n half PES n they bitch about which 1 to play all the time. Only difference to me is the buttons

. N that can get mighty confusing after a few spliffs.
FIFA 10 does look good in HD tho n looks more realistic to me.
Peace
