Hello people.
First grow going pretty well.. 5 weeks two days into 12/12, got a bagseed sativa slowly getting nice, and a blue hash coming along very fine. Also got a california hash and I don't know whether I should start with the scissors yet...
The trichs on her leaves are 90% cloudy topped with a clearish stem, but can't see any heads at all on the pistils. Also only maybe 5% of pistils are going red.
I'm probably more of a head-high kind of chap, less couch-locky, so think maybe I should harvest now, but these are afghani plants after all (freebies) and maybe they just aint right yet. It's still a week before the earliest advised harvest time (45-50 days, I'm on 37).
Sorry, I couldn't get any decent pics. Should I chop it or what?

OK, cheers Owderb. I'll sit on it for a bit.
Under the HPS the camera on my phone goes all stripey I'm afraid. My other camera takes 35mm film still!

Absolute minimum of 2 to 5 weeks left of 12/12 going by what you have said I recon, don’t look at a schedule on paper, let the plants tell you when there ready to harvest, 75% brown pistils, 75% trichomes brownish or milky is the usual rule of thumb on here but I harvest them when I think there ready and not just when 75% trichs/pistils are brown. My mate and I are both growing uk cheese, he harvested his after 50 days, my plants are on day 64 to day but they are having a last ditch growth spurt and so I thought I would let them carry on, my plants will have had at least 15/20 days more 12/12, each to there own, you have to make this decision on your own based on your experience as a grower, there is no other way atm, well not until it’s legal at least and join the uk cannabis school.
Pictures speak a thousand words.
Peace,
GG
