I'm chopping this weekend, I'd rather have early buds, than fatter buds with 5-10% mold. Mold fooked another 10% in the dryin' room too!!

Hey mate. Let's see some met office evidence for 97% Humidity in the UK anywhere in September without rain. Unless it rained where you are?

Just did a quick check for somewhere in the South Coast, Brighton, the next 24 hours are expecting to reach 85% tops. Would be very unlucky for anywhere to get 97% humidity considering the circumstance imo...

Not trying to wind you up just find it hard to believe spliff.gif

Here's some reading on the formation of sea fogs and mists, starts happening when the RH reaches 97% apparently yes.gif

Sea Fog Formation

So not totally unreasonable if as Smeagol says there was a mist rolling in from the sea.................. All together now, Mull of Kintyre.........Oh mist rolling in from the sea

the bbc weather site was predicting the 97% humidity for brighton and hove .. i mean i hope they were wrong obviously .. just so happened that i read the sunday times yesterday and on the weather page theres always a little weather watch column .. this was basically saying that the heavy atmosphere the south has been experiencing last couple of weeks ( hence the settled weather .. for this time of year ) brings the downside of damp evenings as in humidity .. like i said i wish they were wrong altho the alternative at this time of year is south westerleys which will bring in moist air anyway 34.gif .. i know i've already got spots of rot on my passions altho me durbans are so far unnaffected .. yinyang.gif

How about in a fog or mist on it's own then ? Don't normally get mist and rain at the same time but I suppose you could in unusual conditions.

Most mornings before the sun hits it, my grass is wet. It hasnt rained tho it just the dew, condensed during the cool night temps. Same thing with my buds and budleafs, sometimes wet. I'm chuffed about the recent dry spell and assumed it would be plain sailing from here aslong as the rain stayed away, but the amount of condensation in the mornings and the lack of intense sun is definately a worry now!, im just waiting to find some rot mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif

Hope u win your battle mate.

I lost about half of my Romulan to bud rot a few weeks ago - the top cola was half rotten inside. First budrot sad.gif

Am now crapping myself that my SSSDH isn't going to make 11 weeks without rotting, which will be gutting....

I'm seeing average 40-50% in my tent and it still happened with excellent ventilation. Also the mildew outside has really exploded - had to treat my black violas for PM. I fear PM season is upon us early sad.gif
