well as the title says, last week i updated to the latest version of firefox
but today ive noticed some of my most used plugins dont work with the newest version

what i want to know is, how do i revert back to the older version ?
and by doing that will i loss all my bookmarks ?

You can export your bookmarks to keep them safe - got to Bookmarks->Organise Bookmarks->Import & Backup. thumbsup.gif

You can download older than the current release versions here.

¿What plugins are causing you grief - I always use the latest (& sometimes the pre-release) versions, and I use a lot of plugins, and I don't have any problem with them? unsure.gif

cheers scribble i have them backedup now , thanks

its the realplayer browser recorder plugin, says its incompatable with 3.5.3
and the quicktime one doesnt even show in my add ons anymore

any ideas mate ?

Well, if they're plugins to capture and save video/audio media from web-pages, I use the excellent Video DownloadHelper which is constantly updated and works really well - it can capture practically any format from any website. thumbsup.gif

¿It's a belting plugin, isn't it? wink1.gif

I wouldn't be without it, Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flashblock, CustomizeGoogle, AutoPager, ImageZoom, DownThemAll, Vaccum Places Improved, Yet Another Smooth Scrolling & Tiny Menu. thumbsup.gif

Good effort but doesn't work for me as I have fox set to clear everything on close and tried clearing everything manually.

You could try starting Firefox in Safe Mode and see if that helps. wink1.gif
