Hi, does anybody know what gives the best results regarding sucking through a CF or blowing out through the CF ?? Im hoping to reduce my temps and all help would be appreciated.

Suck through the CF, then blow the air out. This allows you to have the CF on the inside.

The jury is still out on this.

with suck throu system you loose grow room space and supposedly the can life is impacted because the vacuum in the can decrease in size the further down the can so in effect the carbon near the opening has more air passing throu it compared to the closed end per unit time.

on blow throu the pressure in the can is equal so all area's of the carbon are used evenly per unit time but the fan is passing 'raw' air so it leads to fan clogging with dust quicker.

(on first using a blow throu be prepared for any loose carbon powder to be blown out)

so choice is ur's

Cheers for the advice. Ille go with the suck though the the filter as i've got plenty of headroom to play with. Hopefully now the summers out the way this will help with keeping temps down
