hi i have just confirmed spidermite this morning on my plant which is 2 weeks into flower out of a 70 day flowering period, i have also got in the same room some other plants which are like 2 weeks into veg which i have not seen any spidermite on yet. Now i am going to ?NQ in a min to get westland bug attack + defence, now i know this stuff will be fine on my young plants but will it be ok to spray my plant which is 2 weeks in to flower? or would i need another different spray?

Better not to use anything systemic when in flower even if you do have plenty of time left. Why not order in some Ivermectin ?
tingting44
bummer man! :-( Ivermectin ??? have not heard of that before, i did google it but not much at all on Ivermectin

Search for Harka Mectin,

It's used to treat mites in pigeons and other small birds.

Would highly recommend Ivermectin, been using it about the last week to ten days now.. my room is so clean you wipe you finger on the ladies they squeeks(sp?, how do you spell that word 34.gif stoned.gif )

It sure does kick of the borg very quickly, very simple too. I keep forgetting to tell you Felix in pm.. im pretty much ontop of the borg now.. just having he odd spray still every 3-5days to cover hatching eggs thumbsup.gif

eta: i think the only other recommendation is SBPI- but not recommened by me as i never used it.

thanks guys right i am def gonna go with Ivermectin now smile.gif but does anyone know where i can buy it from, also what solution should i dilute it in say....1L of water?

You could also use Plant Vitality, kills them stone dead with just one spray, and makes the plant healthier as well....hence the name. But maybe difficult to find and a bit pricey but IMHO well worth it.

Don't believe what BAC say about the safety of their product nea.gif they seem to have a wanton disregard for their customers health.

Pet stores, as Felix said search Harka Mectin(one spot) on google it comes in a 5ml bottle- solution is .5ml/1L .. regular spraying for 2weeks is recommended to keep ontop of hatching eggs.

Sticky
