Hi,
I started aerating my essence mix at 14.00 today with the (wrong) impression that I would be aerating for 24 hours. I have no idea why I thought this (bong??) as I read the instructions over and over before starting. Anyway my lights dont switch on until 09.00 so is it ok to aerate the essence mix for this long or should I just bin it and start again?
Many thanks
Ileach

I didnt really have high hopes for a response on a Sunday, apparently some people have a life

.
The mix has been binned, I shall start a new batch tonight, lesson learned.

I dont understand why you are waiting for lights on to spray?, surely the start of lights off would be best. I think 24 hrs is considered to be the point at which the essence has peaked (given ideal temps) but 12 hrs works as does more than 24 so 19hrs should be fine.

Thank you for your response mate.
Waiting for lights on was because that was the earliest point at which I would be able to spray the essence onto the plants (cant do it earlier due to dark cycle). I would have rathered spray it onto the plants at lights on than not spray it onto the plants at all as I paid for it and dont like wasting the little money I have. If I had re read the instructions it wouldnt have been a problem, but I smoked my bong instead and proceded to arse it all all up (or not as it would seem). It now appears that if I was right when I thought I was wrong, or not as wrong as I had initially thought. I trust this clarifies my question for you.
Thanks again.

You really dont want to be spraying anything on your plants with your lights on , all the water droplets work as little magnifying glasses and with the intense light , it can burn holes in your leaves . Afaik all foliar applications should be done during low lvl of light or darkness ( just as your lights go off i find is best )
