I have to ph at 6.3 and ec 5 and water temp and 70f is that ok?

I would have ph at 5.8 e.c 0.2 max, you want them to root not grow just yet and water temps at 70*f. 6.3 is too high for rooting cuttings, they will probably still root but a lot slower.
