I got to checking out my buds today, checking the tric's and I noticed a few spots that seemed to be dying. But they looked like there was new green growth there too. When i touched the "new growth" it moved. It really looked like a shriveled new leaf with trics on it and all at first. When it moved I knew that it was a worm. I have never had worms on my buds before. Below will be pics of one of the worms I pulled off, one worm per bud, and I found three worms. I also have places on my fan leaves that look to have been eaten. If you know the worm, do you know if they did the leaf damage too? How about leaving white stuff on the leaves?

Is there a decent organic that you know of that will keep the leaf roller off my leaf's and out of my buds?
Is the damage to the leaves from him? or from something else?
