Hi

Everyone has prop/veg/flower cabs/rooms but i never come across drying rooms/cabinets ?

How are people keeping stealth ? I find it hard to believe that people are just drying them in spare rooms or attic spaces without stinking the house out.

I want to build a room/box to dry mine if possible, which will have a humidistat fan connected to carbon filter.

What do you think ? Or have you got one/advice.

Cheers

been thinking of building a drying/curing room but i wouldnt be putting no carbon filter on it just the recomended air intake/extraction shudnt smell to much compared to when growing it lol.gif stoned.gif

They stink when drying - often more so than when growing for the first week or so. I dry in my flowering room.

I would 100 percent have a carbon filter.dried in a tent when I first started and the zip would not close right up and drying cheese was a nightmare fooking stunk the house out.

I have a Can 60 as an upstairs filter, bought in error, too frigging big to trust to the roof of a tent. A 6" kitchen fan taped to it does a good job of odour control when drying or trimming.

When getting a veg tent, I got an XXL and partitioned it, one half for veg, the other half for drying.

Cheers for reply guys, i just can't believe there is not more threads on drying rooms/tents/fans/filters ?

It seems a very important stage and produces a lot of smell !!!

Think i will get a small tent and cheapo fan/filter combo and see how it goes or get a 600mm base kitchen unit and dry in there.
