i heard it mentioned by one or two people here ,so i got a bottle off ebay as i had one plant that had the start of it ..well the blurb ssays you can spray any plant with it ,its organic ,mites die instantly and it deters further infestations in future ..sounds too good to be true ..well i got a 50ml bottle that makes up 2 litres ..sprayed it onto a plant and low and behold i could see the mites falling off dead ..grotec says that you can safely use it on fruit and veg plants up to 6 hours before harvest this includes cannabis ..what can i say this stuff rocks ..it also acts as a stress agent and helps perk up sick plants ..well i have to say the infected plant certainly did perk up and looked greener and healthier than previously ..

i wouldnt hesitate to use this again if needs be ..it wasnt cheap at £8.99 for 50ml but like i said it dilutes down to 2 litres ..and i used roughly half a litre for the one plant and its soil so that to me is a bargain to save a lovely plant .

I used to be plagued by mites and used everything including predators but nothing really worked. Now I give every grow a spray of PV in the veg stage and that has completely cured the problem, it also makes the plant look a lot healthier.

It is pricy but well worth it
NICEDREAMS
i used it till totaly kill my mite prob about 2 years ago i sufferd for years with it lost so many good mothers to the barsterds..
i used it in a bowl and dipped the hole cutting in ...tbh i wont spray it on my plants it dont say shit all about whats in it on the bottle
i went to there address and its just a empty old lockup on a big estate and has been setup by a local hydroshop..
asked them for a facked sheet of whats in it and they gave me a load of bullshit but no facts

Don't believe the blurb. It's not organic. It has a poison called abemectin in it. However, it certainly does nuke them as you would expect from a chemical poison. Growth Technologies were selling it but stopped when they found out what was in it.

Spot on thumbsup.gif BAC's flagrant disregard for their customers safety is truly astounding. This really has got to be one of the worst examples of dutch cannaventurists exploiting their customers, it is completely untrue that you can spray flowers with this at anytime and they seem to completely neglect any safety advice regarding this product.

Abamectin or any of the mectins can be used safely if appropriate guidelines are followed but there are extremely toxic chemicals that should be used in very low concentrations and should not be inhaled or come in contact with your skin. I had a big debate with Whazzup before he was banned about this very same product.

¿What was his position on Abamectin, and why was he banned? unsure.gif

No idea why he was banned unsure.gif but I can't find any posts by him anymore, I suspect it had something to do with the relentless plugging of his mates products. We were discussing whether Plant Vitality was organic and safe to use right up till harvest or not, he was maintaining it was while my position was that Abamectin is useful but not totally safe.

eek.gif I most certainly would not be smoking weed that had been sprayed with Abamectin six hours before harvest nea.gif . Six weeks, no problem. by the way how much was a bottle of Plant Vitality ?
Scribb|e
It seems to be £35 for 250ml and £10 for 50ml. wink1.gif

¿They must be making a right load of profit on that, eh?

Well the little bottle of Ivermectin I got for £8 still has plenty left in it and should be good for another few years worth of spraying at the rate I use it thumbsup.gif
Scribb|e
¿Can you buy that over-the-counter, or is it one of those products that's limited to licensed farmers only? unsure.gif

FARMER G
plant vitality is spot on , theres not much else on the market thats effective
there was a chemical a good few years back called dynemec it used to fuck anythin up
that was unwanted in your room wasn`t a contact spray just had to be released into room and boomshanka mites fi dead !
more or less every pest control substance on the market works on a contact only basis so its a matter of propa care and treatment
plant vitality is a good way of treatin pests , all be it a tad exspensive but its worth it wink.gif
