Hi

After couple weeks reading/learning i am nearly there with my system. Have all bits for 9 pot RDWC after following tommyketchup/blazeonup guide.

The only item i have not got is the resevoir/control bucket. My system has nine 21 litre pots.

The pots are 33cm high.

I am looking to get a black tub but there is so much choice !!!

The three i am looking at are -

480 x 390 x 310mm (LxWxD) - 35 litres

710 x 440 x 310mm (LxWxD) - 64 litres

710 x 440 x 380mm (LxWxD) -84 litres

or bigger ??????

What should i go for, i realise more water more stable.

Cheers

id go for the biggest you can mate wink.gif

i use 90l for a bubbler and the res is more stable than with any other system

Think i8 will go for 84 litre one then.

I have been reading threads and see people mentioning i topped up with 25 litres etc, how are they measuring this ?

Also how will i measure my initial fill up ??

I will be using a hose ?

Any ideas on how to keep it simple.

Cheers

just fill the res , then for topping up i use a bucket of 15liters

you could use buckets for the first filling if you need to measure amounts , then mark inside the res with something for next time
