Hi all,
I just thought i'd share my work on a propagation cab that i've been building.
It started out with thinking about buying a small grow tent that would be ideal for propagating in but i then thought about what i would do with a mother or any cuttings had if i decided to take more cuttings.
It then turned into this rough sketch.

I then set to work and cut the required lengths in order to build up the basic frame work of the cab.

The sizes had changed slightly.
I decided to keep the overall height at 115cm but changed the width to 80cm and the depth to 65 cm.
I laid out the base structure to give me an idea of the size and i felt the sizes mentioned above were more than enough for what i want to do.
I then set about constructing the cabinet frame, taking pictures as i went.

And i ended up with this.

I've yet to finish the assembly and i'll update this very soon.

Ok,
I know it's been a while but i have been a little busy and now i can update the progress of the semi finished cabinet.

As you have already been able to see from the previous postings, i had drawn up and built the frame work for the cab. Since doing that i have now been able to complete the rest of the cabinet except for the lining of Mylar.
My next step was to cut the panels that i had bought to size for the walls of the cab.

After doing all of that, i had to strip it all back down again just so i could get it upstairs.

Eventually, after a lot of f*cking about and rigging the light and shade up, i managed to get it assembled and in place and this is how it looked.

Apart from the lining and rigging the lights for the propagator section at the bottom, the cab is pretty much finished.
The only one downfall with it is that there isn't a lot of room for it and can be a bit awkward to access to.
So there we are, a propagation cab for use next summer.
