They already adviced You on grey area soo.....:
Near the grey area:
Amnesia: very nice cooffe shop. If You already have Your weed try their milkshake. Awesome
In the south:
Katsu and YoYo. the second one is really special. They are both more for the dutch then the turist.
For the dampkring I prefer the old one near the american bookshop (the street name is terrifing...can never remember it). As for barney and greenhouse...i do not know....they are one next to the other on harleemstraat. So You can try both. But for me they really are not worth it.
A nice chill out place is the 420. It is in the middle of the shitty commercial street. An oasis in the desert.
I have heard mixed reports on the HGF. My personal experience was really bad. But people here loved it. So i really do not know what to tell about it.
Other things to do:
Music. Melkweeg, paradiso. The second one is a sconsacrated church and often they have really good music going on. The first on i a 3 floor building on a floating platform. Excellent.
Eating: Foodism, i love it. And an indian. If on a budget wok to walk from leidsplain.
Culture: 3 days only???: van gogh museum and the rijsk (or whatever is the right spelling).
MOST IMPORTANT: as soon as you arrive, rent a bicycle. That is the best investment of the lot. Smoking and driving through the dam was one of the best experiences of my life.
Last but not least, it is possible that I will be there on the 19th and 20th. If You want to meet up for a toke in a cooffe, for me is fine:)
Good luck!

Just to back up what others have already said -
Grey Area - top notch, try some L.A. Confidential, really good bud
Amensia - really nice place close to Grey Area, good weed too.
Homegrown Fantasy - try their Cheese, it's stinky and tastes great
Cafe 420 - really nice atmosphere, friendly staff, their Super Silver Haze is excellent
My advice is to buy a map of the coffeeshops, or to print out one that you'll find easily by googling "Coffeeshop amsterdam map". Then you can find places really easily, even when you're stoned.
Also check out the strip of coffeeshops past Central Station, heading away from the Red Light District, loads of good ones there including Barneys, Dampkring ,Rokerij, Popeye.
