in theory to have a non detection outer layer you generally use black on white film, what if you was to use say garden sacks that let no light through as an outer layer, and diamond mylar as an inner layer.would there be much of a heat source if say using 3 x 600 watt lights??????????,if so this would be a lot cheaper!!!!!,also how would you measure heat dispeartion that emmits from your grow area.how do you know that black on white really works, you put a light bhind it see for your self, light seems to transmit through it.....just a thought?????? cry.gif

Black and white is designed to reduce fungi on the black side, and reflect light with the white..

To insulate a growroom well you need to use kingspan or something - imagine you are insulating a room to keep heat in..

ahhhh now i get ya,it was not a dumb witted thread, just wanted to push it and see what you can use, because attics ph34r.gif ha ha are generally insulated, all over and are fooking hot!!!!,this system could work with diamond mylar as a second skin on the inside,if everything is taped correctly!!!!i love gaffer tape so many uses ha ha,ask the wife???
