would you reccomend a single waterfarm in a 1m sq grow tent or two as I have no idea what would be best. The light is a 600 hps if it helps, and i have thought of a nft system as you can get these in 1msq versions. pots were my third option.

i would go with NFT set-up mate, only because thats all really i know about - except a little go at home-made aeroponics system that didnt quite work!!!

hey mate not sure what a water farm is ? is it a single pot ?
if it is then you will only be able to do 1 plant in it, where as NFT you could do a few

how many plants did you have in mind ?

I've never used one before , but with that kinda space I bet a 4 pot wilma and a scrog net would a good option for consideration...

Im still a bit lost and was sort of hopeing for a bit more help really as im here to grow my own, but it doesnt look like im going to get the best advise after all.

maybe you should do some research on the site first like all the other growers on here did
