Hi im currently nearly at the end of my first grow...been much more successful than i couldve hoped for...so far!!.. but once i chop these I want to get something else in and hopefully be ready for xmas...so basically late sept...will give me 12 weeks or so..anything i can veg for 2-3 n will flower in 8-9?

Does lemon skunk veg enough in 2-3 weeks, n stretch enough in flower to give me a decent amount of quality smoke...any suggestions welcome...I know all seedbank timescales are rough estimates..(believe me i know..as im in week 7 of easy ryder..n wont be finishing anytime soon )

my other question is...has anyone grown both ghs lemon skunk and DNA genetics lemon skunk..and is there a noticeable difference..in quality/yield etc..im growing in coco..wilma drip feed 400w son-t pro (for now, i have a 2nd hand 400hps..will that help my plants in the final weeks..or should i just leave the brand new son-t in??) 6" high power RKV for exctraction and 6" RKV for INtaKE..plus an oscillating fan..but no fan controller as yet.
hoping that once i cut my current first grow..(dont laugh...easy ryders!!) (3-4 weeks)..i can whack 4 new beans in and have em ready for chrimbo...am i asking to much??..any suggestions on quality beans..dont mind price..or yield..much prefer a quality smoke. ( oh and dont worry..doubt ill ever grow autos again unless guerilla style

perhaqps should also mention..using an aerowing..canna a+b.. canna pk 13/14...canna boost..n a free sample pack of halo...not sure if thats done anything tho except raise my humidity... temps between 31 MAX and 22 min. got all the ec n ph testers n stuff too.

I don't know much about those strains, but seed to weed in 3-4 months is highly do-able

You could reveg your flowering girls too, but you can write off a month with that, it takes a while but works.

ive just started bb cheese atm mate hoping for lots of weed on christmas day plan to veg it for bout 4wks.
you should try and plant em now under energy savers if your worried bout time they should have enough light for seedlings and a nice cure just before christmas

well said ollie. ive planted my seeds before my grows finished before and just left them sat on a chair near a window in a spare bedroom till the tents ready for them, you get a bit of stretch but that can be sorted on the next pot up .

cant help you strainwise, everything ive run seems to take8/9 weeks min

thanks for all your advice.. will check out sweetseeds..but dont know why i didnt think about starting some more before this ones over...havent got a vegging space, but sure i can knock somehting up that will keep em alive before they reach the growroom!

With my newbie project it was 16 weeks from opening the seed pack to chopping them and they got 10 weeks of 12/12.

Veg with all the light you can get. Using 600w instead of my usual 400w dropped veg time by at least a week. If I did the same grow again, I'd be planning on going to flower 5 weeks after starting the beans.

Another option is sometimes called 'The Dutch Method', you start them 12/12. It is strain dependant so do some research. Takes 12 to 14 weeks iirc.

Why not try fem super skunk from sensi , grown it out a few times , usualy
no more than 8 weeks , i start mine off 3-4 weeks under a double 2 foot
flouresent tubes , and when ive chopped my flowering ones i only need
a couple of weeks under hps before i flick , saves me a few weeks
every time , i just keep the seedlings in the corner of my bedroom
out of the way good luck with what ever strain you go with.....

I'm in a similar situation atm. My cali hash has about two weeks to go, and my white widows a few weeks after that. I'd like something planted and budding for a nice Christmas tree as well

Dinafem also seem to do a lot of short flowering strains. I'm growing a cali hash plant froma free seed from them which is almost ready @ 34 days, it looks so much more swollen than my WW's. They have a blue hash, blue widow, and the one I like the sound of is

Has anyone used these breeders before, which is the best? Only used Ceres seeds and Dinafem before (only on my first grow).

Cant thankyou enough for all your advice...Ive been having a hard time choosing between BUKU (burmese Kush) and LA confidential...but Im a sucker for advertising and loved the description of the LAconf..I hear its a slow vegger..but I think Im gonna be yielding more than I thought from my first grow (wont stop fattening up!!)..so Im not in any hurry now as its all percy

should be gettin my lumatek 600w ballast today..and my primair controller..so will veg under 600w metal hallide i think..in my 4pot wilma. anyone grown in similar?
