Hi here are some of female seeds new stock they have all been vegged under a 200watt cfl in seedling compost for 1.5 weeks in 3 inch pots.

After a few weeks they were put under a 400watt metal halide and potted up into 1ltr pot's where they will stay for a week or so until they are fully rooted through.


They went from seedling compost to a 60/40 mix of playgron batmix and perlite.

New batch of long awaited Grapefruit first at around 1.5 weeks from seed.

And now some Icedgrapefruit.

My one Bubblegummer i couldn't resist the taste and smell so i had to make room for this and the blackwidow.

And last but not least the Blackwidow hopefully this will be more indica inclined but time will tell.

And here they are 2.5 weeks into veg under there 400watt and repotted into 1ltr pot's.

When they go into flower the 400 will be swapped for a 600watt.

there going to be all topped and trained under a 1mtr square net scrogg style and there final pot size will be 11ltr. These are shots just after repotting.

And these are what they look like 4 day's later on.


When they were re potted they were inoculated with Plant magic's awesome granules and i also dusted the rootmass with some canna trichoderma powder.

Have to say they seem to like there new home

Is the black widow a shanti rip off or something else?

I don't think it's exactly the same but you would have to email the breeder's to ask them m8.

I hope you don't mind me having a peek at your grow djay! Doing some black widows myself, but they are not getting all the love atm. Also had long look at their grapefruit, cause it does sound sweet and so does bubble gummer Both on my to do list.
Trying the granules myself for the first time and i think won't grow without it from now on. Good luck to you! Will be expecting the usual great pictures...

Hi man c99 from what i have been told is still a while off but hopefully there will be a little more info in the next few months.

As for granules yeah there amazing the growth difference with them is fantastic.

got some black widow myself ... looking forward to watching this . any ideas when the grapefruit will be in the store ?

Hi Herbit Grapefruit is still a long way off so i am told hopefully by the end of the year but as allways no guarantees.

Great start so far Djay mate! Can't wait to see how they turn out, have loved watching all the other grows of the femaleseeds strains that you have done. I know you'll more than do them justice but good luck nonetheless! The bubblegummer is my personal favourite, I definitely need to get sent some over to NZ

if only weedio i'm trying to get to grips with this 600 bubl may bleach the hell out of em yet so fingers crossed i got it about the right height away, have to say using a 400mh to a 600mh the growth in one day from swapping is unreal, having said that the amount of electric they use is not so unreal


Buddage NZ is a nightmare so i hear for seeds so god only knows how you lot ever get anything new to smoke.

black widow is the original white widow....

Little update here are my Grapefruit both looking very uniform so far.

They have been in there 1ltr pots just over 1 week and have fully rooted through, these will be potted on into 6.5 ltr pots and after a few days will be topped and then re potted once they have rooted through into there final 11ltr pot.

And a shot of some Icedgrapefruit just before re potting also looking fairly uniform one is slightly taller than the other 2 and does not seem to smell as strong as the others so this one may be getting the chop due to lack of space.

These will also be topped then left to root through and then put into 11ltr pots.

A group shot before re potting, bit worried about temps although cooler weather should be with us soon having said that 29-30c aint bad but then again it is not ideal either.

They look great djay Cant wait to see how the grapefruits turns out

Normally i would go 1ltr 3.5 then 6.5 then 11 but this time due to the speed these seem to grow under a 600 i thought id miss the 3.5 out and go straight to 6 for a few weeks.

I think I might have a sat dominant black widow , whats the probs with these mate , they take too long to flower , how long ? its just that I have taken cutting from her , coz she was diffrent .
I got plenty other cutting so just wondering if these will finish in 10 weeks or are they longer ( which is what I dont want )

The more sat pheno can take a little longer to finish and wont yield as much as the other but if you have the time then and space then id still give her a whirl she has a very strong high.

this one will go 10+ weeks easy man more closer to 12 imo.

Thanks Tree man there on there 6th node now but still not that tall wondering if the extra lumes there getting is keeping the inter nodes nice and tight, will top em in the next few day's maybe just want em to settle into there new pots first then i need even more bushier plants

Hmm just looked in at those earlier on and accidentally brushed passed one of the Grapefruit .... Wow talk about a pineapple smell one has even when you just touch a leaf the smell is on your hands so i have high hopes for that one.

Will post some pics of the one that smells so sweet tmrz.

Hey all sorry for the lack of updates been a tad busy with work etc.


These are all in there 5th week of veg and have just been potted up 3 day's ago from 6.5ltr pots into 11ltr pots, they came through and fully rooted out there 6.5 ltr pots in 1 week which kinda took me by surprise as i was expecting around 1.5-2 weeks for this to happen.


These were potted on into Pure playgron Batmix and had there roots dusted with canna trichoderma powder and also a few table spoons of plant magic's granules and then given a nice water, i think they should be due another water in a few days.

Temp wise were 27c-30c lights on and 19-21c lights off RH min 35 max 63, the slight tip burn is due to being potted on so is no real worry and they were all topped at there 6th node so it's fairly even stevens in there now.

From front to back first from left and middle front are Icedgrapefruit and the front right near inlet fan is one Blackwidow.


Back row from left to mid New Grapefruit and far top right is my one Bubblegummer.

And some individual shots first IcedGrapefruit from left to right.

Now the middle IcedGrapefruit.

And here is the one Blackwidow.

This is the one that really smells of pineapple must have a nice lot of c99 going through her.

I'll try get them out of where they are before the net goes over them next week as they do look rather nice.


If you look close at the fanblade in the bottom right you can see it's kinda mutated into 2 leaves from one only that one leaf done that.

im only guessing coz they must of called it grapefruit for a reason.

Grapefruit is a mix of mostly C99 and a fruity sativa so some pheno's can have a more pineapple smell to them like old grapefruit and some will smell more like there name grapefruit the other one smells nothing like this one its much more tangy but i loved c99 so thats why the pineapple sorta smelling one is my fave so far.

4 days later day 7th week of veg and the net is going on then they will go 12/12 as i think these will fill the net enough as they are.
