There is a possibility that it could just take ages to dry because of the high RH in the drying area. I would get a de humidifier and plug it into a 15 minute segment timer and run it for 15 mins on and 45 mins off, this will help lower the RH in the drying area, possibly adjust the timer as necessary.

E2A: try and aim for between 40% and 45% RH when drying and about 18c .

For the ultimate in taste, potency, and smokability, use the sevens, a time tested and true method that's used to be an elite grower's secret.

70 degrees F.
70% humidity (yes, almost wet it's so humid).
7 days (minimum, up to 14).

The buds are slow dried in an extremely humid environment, some strains turn almost golden if they have been flushed properly (and have that tendancy) from the extreme depletion of chlorophyll/curing that occurs.
Have a fan moving air in the room, but not pointed at the buds, an exhaust fan is best to exchange the air (often this necessitates a humidifier to keep the humidity up).

The slow burn and great taste cannot be surpassed using this technique.

To further compliment this technique, pick only the leaves that have petioles (stems) when chopping the plant (or the night before), and leave the bud leaves on until dry, then trim them.
This non-exposure of the bud-leave's chlorophyll (by cutting) allows a better taste, as trimming leaves on the bud closes stomata, causing a less efficient flush/flow of fluids in the plant when it needs it the most for a great cure, the first 40 to 50 hours after chopping.

Freezing weed is only for long term storage, as once it is frozen, it should only be unfrozen once, not refrozen and unfrozen repeatedly.
Like food, this causes degradation.
For fresh weed that is regularily dipped into, keep it in the fridge.
