What a forum guys, not been here long and learned LOADS, so thanks to everyone.

Got my main flowering/grow tent sorted but now want to diy a prop/mother room to take x10 cuttings.

I am thinking of 1" batten for frame and plywood, just not sure about the dimensions, something like this but on its side -

I have a diy aero cloning bucket to go inside also -

I was thinking of having one side for the aero prop bucket under a couple of small cfl's and then another section for my mother, vegging on the x10 cuttings before i put in main tent. In here i would have a 250w blue envirolite plus a x6 red cfl's.

What sort of dimensions should i be looking at, it needs to be high enough to house the aero bucket but waht size do i need for a mother and x10 plants.

Will get some pics up when decided on what to do.

sounds like an idea mate.. but ul need bigger than 1 inch baton.. 2x2 should do it .. and use screws

Yea will prob use 2x2".

So what size does it need to be ?

Needs to hold diy aero bucket prop in one section and mother/10 vegging on plants in other (taken from prop).

the best thing to do is do a mock up of floor space needed.. enuf room for you and the bucket in one room etc.. with as much head room as possible..

Good idea. But i am that much of a newbie that i do not know what the plants will be in when i transfer them from the prop ?
In the prop they will be rooted in small cubes, can i then put the small cubes into 4" cubles and sit them onto a tray ?

Or do i need some other sort of medium/pots ?

Confused on this bit really plus do not know how much space i will need for the plants 'floor space' wise ?

Room on left is prop/growing on room, it will hold my diy Aerocloner and have a 250w cfl. This will be 4" above the top of the dome and on chain so i can lower it to grow on when i transfer to 4" cubes. (the space will hold x16)

A 600x600 recessed lighting fitting with cool white tubes (4 x 18w) as to not invigorate quick growth.

I am toying with also using the end room as a drying room, need something to control the smell.

What do you think peeps, not got a clue about ventilation though ?

Oh and my dodgy drawing, damien hirst would be proud...lo
