high only used rizotonic from yor list. I only use it when potting up and it does a great job. Have used plagron but the batmix one, very good compost! I really dont think you can beat biobizz nutes though!
Less is more when it comes to gettin a bigga yeild. Go easy on there levels.
Good luck anyway mate.

Would go for bio bizz grow & bloom, look at this years compost guide (I like Westlands + myself) and go for what you can get in your area.

Thats all you need for a successful crop! I will be checking out the plant magic range next time myself too as essence sounds superb!

nice one weeds, something is really putting me off bio-biz,im not quite sure why???,it just looks cheap to me,know its sounds proper daft but ,its like buying trainers,if there is a chance of you getting the dearer hyped up expensive you tend to go for that, not saying g.h.e is,but it aint got the same feel to it.probably sounds a load of nonsense aye????,i would like to see results of bio-biz grow outs, and compare, but then you would maybe be judging the growers not the nutes.i just dont want approach next grow and think,i could of used a missing something, but what????

albertgrow123, whatever difference nutes make to yield, it's small and imo not worth worrying about.

You can get more yield with additives but only once you've learned to use those additives to best effect. The time used could be spent upping your skills at another area of growing. Which area of study and testing gives the most reward for our input? I don't know but ignoring the grow and spending too much time here seems to work for me. smile.gif

Keeping with the trainer analogy, the lucas formula is like always buying ACME trainers. I don't care if there's cheaper brands, these are reasonably priced. I don't care if there's brands with improved efficiency and durability, these are fast enough for me and last ages. I don't care if they're not fashionable, I only wear them in the grow room. smile.gif

If you're going to use it, then add nothing else or it stops being the lucas formula. If you put a turd into a glass of beer, it does not become modified beer, it becomes a glass of shit.

ha ha ha,that last proverb fucking well tickled me,still grinning lol.gif,so what i cant understand in the lucas formula no grow is used, just micro and bloom???,if adding the other freindly nute, will it affect anything????,i must admit it seems pretty fool proof, and really looking forward to it.but will take it step by step,as you use this system maybe advise me along the way, yeah im quite enjoying my stay here, and have officially put my feet under the table!!!!
albertgrow123
i have just read that lucas formula was designed for ebb and flow,or the drip method, does this mean it cant be used manualy fed via water butt??
lazi
What system are you planning on using?

hi lazi,im just using soil, fed manually via a water butt!!!!!!
lazi
People have used the lucas formula for soil, mainly because they already had the bottles but no money for anything else. It's not designed for soil though, best to pick one soil brand and stick with it.
