Hi as the title suggests I had a run in with a caterpillar, I've already mentioned it in my diary but thought i better post about it in the problems section too

Was just wanting to know how much of a problem they might be, I have no idea how the little swine got in there but am keeping my eye open for more. also should I encourage ladybirds (maybe even capture a few from the garden and release them in the grow room? theres loads around at the moment )
