it'll probably be made or at least reproduced by poly pipe or poly plumb. take it to a plumbing specialist i reckon they'll be able to sort you out with a name at least for the part. maybe rs or screw fix when you find its name. rs could possibly be the better bet

Or even a place where I can get some of these

It doesen't look like a standard plumbing fitting, maybe air line or cable gland or something.
(Pushfit pipe is normally 8 or 10 mm, and the fittings don't have glands).

A john guest pushfit to threaded adapter would do it.
You can buy them in 3/4"bsp female to 1/4 or 3/4"bsp female to 3/8 pipe.
The 3/4"bsp is the same thread you find on the washing machine outlet tap under the sink.
Marry the adapter up with a JG Speedfit Washing Machine Tap Grey 15mm x ¾” available from that screw-wotsit place

these fittings are used on whirlpool fridges that have water and ice making so maybe you could get them in an appliance spares shop.

Hit fleabay and search for 'reverse osmosis', it's a common fitting with ro units. Plenty of ro sellers with shops selling add ons.
E2A: I think that the autopots use the same fittings somewhere, even do taps iirc.

it looks to be a 8mm-1/2"bsp push fit union onto a 1/2"-3/4"bsp boss. hope that helps. most plumbers merchants will be able to get it for you if they dont stock it. it may be in the fittings catalogue for water cooler/ drinks dispenser fittings(you may need to tell the guy on the counter that as IME they are thick as pig shit)

you dudes are legends.. Okay I found the top bit on ebay but looks like it needs to be screwed into something like a reducer.
Its listed as 1/4" Filter Housing Threaded/Pushfit Inline Connector - I don't know enough about the way plumbing fittings work. I presume it means it needs to screw into a 1/4" Pipe?
It looks like this
Thanks so much for all the help so far..

Here`s a JG adapter, this one is for 1/4" pipe (3/8" pipe version is available) and screws directly onto a washing machine tap connection.
If you can cut a 3/4 bsp thread on the pvc pipe using a die nut (or know a plumber with a threading machine), you can screw these straight on.
