i got me a tub of garden lime,now how mutch do i use and wen to giv to the plants ,im using compost ,westlands and allmix. thank you in advance all stoned.gif

Im not sure you need lime - will alter PH ( cause problems )

Which westlands are you using ? - there are many

Im getting my best results with Westlands Container + Hanging Basket Compost

Just did a trial against west multipurpose +JI - not much in it - Hanginging basket stuff easier to break up less woody bits in it

I add the following

Granules

Rock Dust

Calcified sea weed


Bat Poo final pot up

You almost certainly won't want lime for cannabis growing, unless you have have a really acid medium.

Calcified seaweed is best thought of as a trace element rich, gentler form of lime, and I wouldn't have thought it would be particularly suited to weed either..

thank you both,i have herd it sum were to ad sum lime to the soil outdoors to help keep the ph rite? is it ok to use in co co?or is the co co ok on its own as a buffer.im in a hard water area to. nice1 all spliff.gif
